That is different! Personally, I'm not interested but it does please me that we are seeing very creative ideas for the homebrewer.

Great idea! Especially for those without a brew fridge and limited space.

Re: Has anyone tired
It doesn't look like its available yet. I did put my name in to be notified when there's more info and asked if they would let me review it!

Re: Has anyone tried
If it can be made to work with my LBCs, I might have to get me one when they are out as long as they aren't priced stupidly.
Re: Has anyone tried
Wow! If the price is right this is just what I need.
Don't really plan on making lagers, but living in S. Florida I need it to make ales.
I've been doing the ice pack in a cooler, but it's inconsistent sometimes.

When they did the Kickstarter for them, the price tag was around $400. A bit rich for what you get... And these won't work with LBKs - they are not deep enough for the rods.

Re: Has anyone tried
I saw these at the National Homebrewers Conference in Philly this past June. They're kinda spendy, and personally, I'm not going to give up my lager fridge/JC combo to get one. But I have plenty of room for my set-up. Someone with limited space who really wanted to get into making lagers would probably consider it worth the price. But then the question arises -- If you don't have a kegerator, where do you actually lager your beer once you've bottled it?

They quote cost to operate, but never explain cost per kwh they are using. Bad Marketing.
