Making tea as she recommended gets you the same result as dry hopping I believe.

You may want to start using Qbrew to figure things ahead of time. I think (traveling, no Qbrew) you're going to be around 3.5 abv.

I used Qbrew. I used the MrB High Country Canadian for the Coopers, only I changed the amount to the Coopers 3.75lbs.
abv came out to 4.4%

OG - FG x 131 = abv. With OG at 1.032, you can't hit your target.
