NO IT IS NOT! It may be drinkable and you can have all you want but it's not nearly good enough for me. But I will admit, it has slightly improved but I can't see it changing much more. In fact, it'll lose it's hopiness and wilt away.BlackDuck wrote:The Pliny is FINEY....that's awesome!!!

Paul, enough already. Stop beating yourself up.
After all, that's what we're here for.

Now that the funny Ha Ha is out of the way.
My Pliny is not the same beer that y'all had. The nice sharp bitterness is starting to fade and the aroma also. But hey, I'll just brew it again and change a few things.

I've read so many Pliny clone posts on forums and it seems it's best to brew it and drink it all at once. Who's in for that?
I guess I should wait until the pipeline is very low then brew it and drink it fast. Or just do a smaller amount. Or we should all get together in the Caribbean, brew it up in groups and drink it in one sitting.

I'm drinking one of my Plinys right now. It's not near a Pliny clone...but it's a good beer. Since I have another kit, I'm going to brew it according to the actual clone recipe. Mine just isn't bitter, flavorful or smelly enough to be a Pliny clone.

That's absurd, how are we going to get our pot in the Caribbean.Beer-lord wrote: Or we should all get together in the Caribbean, brew it up in groups and drink it in one sitting.
I mean our brew pot.
Our pot to brew with.
Ah crap, when are we going.
