My BB APA had problems, mold, fruitflies, leaks while bottling. And I don't mean "a little mold" that Palmer suggested skimming off. I mean alien landscapes of mold, armies of mold, zombie mold apocalypse. Well, I opened a couple of bottles, and it's odd. Dark, way overcarbed, sharply bitter. Fair to say ruined.
On the other hand, the sun warped LBK that I reported on the old forum (ptui!) is better. It warped sitting full of water on the back porch, upside down in the sunlight. I turned it over and let it continue to sit in the sun. It took a while (days, weeks?) but it seems to have regained it's shape. It's in reserve anyway.

Re: Error Update: Moldy Beer; Warped LBK
Sorry for the loss John. Myself, I would hang onto a few bottles to see if it changed some over time.
I kept a soured Mr Beer recipe for over a year hoping it would mellow, to no avail!
LBK, I would say trash it, mainly because if it warped that bad, the lid probably won't seal right.
My .02 cents. Good luck!

Thanks TT. I'm pretty patient with the bad beer, after all, I only get the bottle back if I dump it.
I may use the LBK as a bottling bucket.
