Ok, the last episode was pretty cool. Capturing the fog and using that as the brewing water was a really neat idea. And while the notion of 'inhaling' the beer via the machine at the end was definitely a gimmick, I thought it also was a neat idea. The beer itself sounded pretty good in terms of aroma. I can take or leave Cluster hops. I had them in the Anchor Lager and they are 'ok' IMO.

In any case, I enjoy their sense of humor and could easily share a few beers with the Scotland boys. That would be hella cool. :laugh

I watched most of two episodes last night, I thought it was fun. I'm not sure I'll learn much from it, but it's decent entertainment.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

My first impression of cluster hops is good. I noted a great peach/apricot aroma, slightly grassy. Used them in JimJohnson and I's Kentucky common. When its ready to drink, I'll inform you of my take on them. The cool ship fermenter was really cool, and neat that they condensed the fog and used it as their brew water. Can't wait for the next show!
