Another homebrew Mr. Beer/Coopers Azteca, I think. Hopefully the last bottle of these Pilsner and Azteca batches.

Tried an Angry Orchard apple ale.... drinkable, byt really sweet. Couldn't drink two in a row...

When I met my wife, her and her daughter shuttered at the thought, now, they love it. Even Shashimi... Never had an Oriental beer I liked though... too light.

i do love me some sushi, and yeah kirin is light, but it was what they had.

I popped open a bottle of my Fresh Cascade IPA.

It's been 2 weeks carbing but it's not quite ready. It tastes wonderful but there is a little yeast flavor hanging out there on the back end.

We got a new variety of coffee for the Nescafe pod machine we have. A little more bitter than our usual, but it's better after cooling down some. Made me a tall mug to sip on.

After 2nd cup of coffee... waiting to watch some football with a variety of Octoberfest brews... along with
My version of Bierock (bratwurst, onions, cabbage in a bread dough)
Brined and braised cider brisket with carrots
Warm German Potato salad
Warm apple cabbage
wife's Apple Pie ala mode

It is a cool rainy fall day in New England.... been cooking since 6, ready to get ready for some football... :banana:

Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA. Meh, not the greatest. I grabbed it because I was kinda feeling like drinking a hoppy beer. My amber ale is more hoppy than this "extra" IPA.

My last smoked pale ale. Kind of a bummer, that was a good recipe. I'll have to do that one again some time.
