RCE - Had a good brewday

Post by FedoraDave »

In spite of k9dude going sort of MIA for the very last nail-down of this recipe, I figured we agreed on enough stuff for me to go ahead and brew this.

I have very high hopes that this is gonna be a really good beer. Everything seemed to go right today, from my BIAB technique (which I don't use a whole lot), to having my post-boil wort volume turn out perfect, to getting the wort chilled down to the mid-60s, which was right where I wanted it, to hitting the projected OG right on the screws.

This is all very promising.

Don't ya love when a brew day goes off without a hitch? Ninkasi did not take sacrifice from you, and that's excellent!
