OG came in at 1.064 instead of 1.069, chilled a little on the cold side to 58. It's warmed to 64 and I have bubbles.
And the beer was GREAT.

I saw Enjoy By at my local ABC, and thought about picking up a bottle, but decided against it to buy hardware at Lowes necessary to convert my cooler tun's spigot.
