Many Are Happy About The RCE
This is the "Deep Ellum IPA" clone recipe that Beer-lord and I collaborated on. I was able to try FWH for the first time, as well as an aroma steep after flameout. Even got to try out my new refractometer for this batch (which I'm really going to like). This smelled absolutely fantastic through-out the brew day. I'm really looking forward to this brew!!

Indeed!! 5 different hops for brew day. A 6th will come into play for the dry hop.BlackDuck wrote:That's awesome....I bet it smells great!!
