Boddingtons pub ale. It's one of my all-time favorites. Possibly influenced by nostalgia from my trip to the UK including Manchester. Beyond that though, I think it's a solid pale with sweet malt balanced by just enough bitterness. It's my "fridge" beer of choice. Love the Nitro (I think?) head. Anyway to get this with a homebrew?
Bottled/Drinking: BD Brown, BD Stout, #1 Blaxbear's WIPA (I'm Not Too Hoppy About This)
Brewing: A DIPA without enough hops...
Mulling Over: Irish Red, Oktoberfest, English Pale Ale

Re: What are you drinking?
Keg it and use some fancy nitrus/c02 mix to carb it...
I find that bottle carbonated beer when left alone long enough develops a nice find carbonation that is somewhere in between regular force carbed commercial beer and the nitrous mix. Add enough head/body building malts and you can get close.
BTW, I love Boddingtons .

Last night I had several of my Blue Moon clones and SWMBO had a St. Valentine's Cherries in Honey.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...

Re: What are you drinking?
When you say left alone, are you talking about a couple of weeks longer than normal for bottle carbing or more like months?
Rickbeer, how much like blue moon are those clones of yours?

My wife and little one are at the county fair, I'm sitting back watching some football, eating some cheese and crackers and drinking one of my Pliny clones. Very relaxing.

Yazoo Fall Lager in my new Yazoo 0.5L dimpled mug (considered getting the 1L model, but decided that the 0.5L was more functional/storable) at Nashville's Germantown Oktoberfest... (the 12th largest Oktoberfest in America)
