Beverage Elements has their Grade 3 (cut handle) ball lock corny kegs on sale for $29.95 each. They are not the prettiest things, but all hold pressure and come de-labeled, cleaned, and pressurized. Shipping is pretty reasonable too - it was $14 for two kegs for me.
