The taps are open!

Post by Beer-lord »

Usually in the summer, on Sunday afternoons I open the taps and tell friends to come by. Sometimes we grill, sometimes just drink and sometimes play some music or watch youtube videos. It helps to shrink my supply so I have to brew more.
Plus, we'll usually buy a few bottles of craft beer and discuss.
Yep, a bunch of old beer nerds!

Sounds like fun! Sadly, the 'burbs of the Big Apple are a bit far from the 'burbs of the Big Easy. Otherwise, I'd be there, drinkin' yer beer, listenin' to yer music, and eatin' yer 'cue.

Well, the taps are closed now. We put away the brewing equipment, enjoyed some smoked port loin, eggplant something or other, and a few other things then sat down with another couple to watch Breaking Bad. It was another glorious Sunday.
Next week I think I'm busy on Sunday but the following week anyone in town is welcome.
