Yes BrewDemon and Mr. Beer kits are pretty darn easy but sometime you need a little help from the Borg to get you on the right track. Post your questions here!
OK, so I made up a batch of the MB summer seasonal saison + Belle Saison and threw in the zest and juice from some medium sized oranges. OG was 1.084, just bottled it at 1.006. I probably have created a monster that I might get to drink next year. Arrrgh. I was only after taste, I swear!

My straight-up mr.beer saison was actually quite strong yet ready to drink early. I believe that is a trait of saison beers. I could be wrong though.
Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain.
Quaintest thoughts — queerest fancies,
Come to life and fade away:
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today.

OK, I got to try this this weekend. Wow. What a really good beer. I think I love saison's. The oranges really smoothed out the bitter edge to this MB HME.
And at 10.22% ABV, it will last a longer time too. One glass and I am good to go, so to speak.
