Bottled up a batch of Stone IPA clone, very clear, bright hop flavors, and 7.3% ABV; tastes like it's going to be a good one.

I fixed me an American Amber of sorts. True 2.5 gallon batch (I love my LBCs!). Just a pound of 10L Munich, 8oz of 60L, extra light DME to get me to 1.054, and 100% Cascade hops. Pushing 45 IBUs, with 1/3rd of them from late flavor/aroma hops (hop bursted). I've got tons of Mr. Beer/Coopers yeast left over from rewards, so I threw in 2 packs of it (10g). Yeah it's too bitter to style, but the Munich balances it.

I think it will hit the spot.

Just did up a gallon of the CraigTube hard cider. Gallon of apple juice with sugars and yeast. We'll see how this goes.

Bottled my 2nd batch of Murican Wheat Ale. Mash temp definitely made a difference, and attenuated better than the last time, but still need to work on sparge technique so I can hit my OGs. 4.4% abv compared to 3.8 last go around.

Bottled half of the Bee Cave Haus Pale Ale. Modified the hops with what I have on hand, etc. First time batch priming, it went well, but requires extra steps.

Bottling the RCE Blonde Ale k9dude and I came up with, and then brewing a basic Pale Ale from scratch. Just DME, some steeping grains, and Nugget hops. Nothing special, actually, but it should produce a good, satisfying Pale Ale. I don't even know if I'm going to bother coming up with a name for it.

I've got a lot going on this weekend. I'm going to upgrade to a 5 gallon kit. I think I'm going to brew an American Wheat for my first batch. The MB Girls and Boysenberry (which I'm going to call Boysenberry Breakfast Beer) needs the fruit added and some time in the bottling bucket. Speaking of which, I'm going to drill a 1/2" hole in the lid and put a grommet in there. Then I'm going to clean out the LBK and brew up the El Diablo IPA (lhbs has the Belle Saison). The hard cider looks like it's coming along well. The airlock has slowed from 1 burp every 5 seconds to 1 every 15 seconds. There's a nice layer of trub forming as well. Then (if that wasn't enough) I'm going to start another gallon or two of hard cider.

It's late but I've got energy, so I bottled my BrewDemon Ye Olde Devil Nut Brown Ale which tasted amazing and was ready to be bottled anyway. I can hardly wait to pop one open.

Got the Old Yeller Blonde Ale bottled yesterday. Huge amount of trub!

Gonna brew up the LoHud Pale Ale this morning, if I ever decide to first get off my asterisk and make myself breakfast. I may rack the Bit O' Bitter to a secondary, as well.
