Its good to have a wide range of brewers here. Everybody has there favorite way and it can be all good if done right. I have been brewing for a few years now and I stick with extracts, but always do a steep and hop boil unless I do a MB seasonal which I did one a few weeks back. From all the information I've learned on being on these forums, I know I could easily do an AG, but I don't want to, at least not right now. I like what I brew and I'm not lazy but I like the quickness of extracts. Now maybe when I retire I might try some.

I voted BIAB AG, but I'm not averse to adding a little adjunct, e.g. cane sugar, to the boil.
