hop utilization

how much two row will it take to fully utilize two ounces of hops?

will one pound of two row do it?

i am do a PM with HDME.

I'm not sure what you are asking exactly. You do not need 2-row to utilize hops, malt of any kind will do so, even just malt extract.

For the best hop utilization (regardless of the amount of hops) you simply need to boil them in a 1.030 to 1.040 wort.

What you DO need 2-row to utilize in a PM are other types of grains that lack enzymes due to how they were malted.
