Can I just brag about BB2 a bit...

Post by Brewbirds »

I've posted about how we did some special beers for my sister for a Christmas present.

As each was brewed and ready for bottling I filled a Belgian style bomber of each beer.

BB2 spent days on end with complete dedication and put all frustration aside (using MS Word) to create these awesome labels for the bombers.

We both put a lot of effort into these beers and are very happy with how they turned out.
I am going to put them in the Mr. Beer kit box and wrap it and include a note thanking her for getting us that kit for Christmas one year ago.

Thanks for all the hard work you did BB2. :urock:

Very nice!

Those labels were done on Word? I didn't you could do anything but documents with that. Of course my PC skills are weak at best.

Nice presentation! I like the foil on the top as well. I need to get back to labeling at some point, especially with the holidays coming up...

Thanks everyone I just had to share these pics with the Borg since they turned out so much nicer that I imagined.

How BB2 got them done on MS Word is beyond me but he always manages to get seemingly impossible stuff done on a computer.

The beers are: a Cherry Porter, Orange Saison, Pumpkin Ale and the Praline Nut Brown Ale.

Each label has a little bit of info about the beer style's history and then a description of our "twist" on the ones we brewed.
