I can't believe you would say that. I mean, a guy shares his beer with you and rip apart it's carb level? Man, some people.....


I actually agree. I've found that my kegged beers are carbed less and I prefer that. I need to adjust my bottling amounts going forward. Great call out.

It's simply my jealousy at your beer prowess! I had to find something to pick at.
Really, I am not a guy who likes lots of carbonation and my personal tastes are on the low side. The beer was superb and I need your recipe. I know my wife likes it and my twin is looking for a good pale ale to brew. Is the recipe on the forum or can you send it to me please?
