Bottled this one over the weekend. Also first time making labels for my beers. I like to keep it simple

Bottled Raspberry Oktoberfest and Raspberry High Country Canadian Draft. Getting ready to make, on the weekend, Peanut Butter Oatmeal Stout and St. Valentine's Cherries in Honey.

Cold here this morning~!
I'm brewing my second pumpkin ale.
First batch was promised to my daughter and her fiancee.
Wife liked the test bottles so well, i gots to do it again!
Tweaked the recipe to make it a bit more roasty and and better mouthfeel!

Just started the mash water for Premature Hopulation. It's been chilly and breezy here but it's 65 now and may get to 75 today with little wind. Pretty much perfect for a brew day.

Sorry, no, mid 40's is chilly here. Hey, it's the south, we only know humidity. 65 is THE PERFECT temperature for Paul! High Wednesday is only 55. That's low for us in November in the daytime.FedoraDave wrote:Sixty-five is chilly?

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
I had to turn my outside water faucets off because of the danger of overnight freezing and having the pipes burst and flood my basement. I was in agony working outdoors Friday. I WISHED it was mid-40s!Beer-lord wrote:Sorry, no, mid 40's is chilly here. Hey, it's the south, we only know humidity. 65 is THE PERFECT temperature for Paul! High Wednesday is only 55.
