i am doing a "carb" check of my first AG Cincinnati Common. it is a good mach of the extract version, just a little more tart. probably due to the rye in the bill. this is a good beer

My Honey Porter has been ready to drink for about two weeks now. It reminds me a bit of Newcastle Brown. Right now it is in the beer fridge awaiting transport to Thanksgiving with family.

NWPA w/dme and 1oz of Ahtanum hops. It's way better then NWPA straight up.

I'd still not go out of my way to buy any more NWPA, but I can drink this and not be sad.

Had to drink some Red Hook last few nights, as the HB wasn't ready. Might have a few more of those tonight, same reason...oh, it's to collect bottles ... yeah, yeah, that's the ticket. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I found a sixer of 7-month-old Mashani's weizenbock. After this long, the flavor is so smooth and malty. Fantastic!

I am still amazed that someone else went through the pseudo-decoction process to brew it and then ended up liking it as much as I did.

@swenocha, Man, I want to move to TN and work the line now.

I'm sipping on an 18 month old Quad... yum.
