Definitely beer!
Sorry, couldn't resist. Even though 05 is American ale yeast, that looks Continental to me. The Hallertau and Goldings say Europe.

I ran it through Brewer's Friend. Half pound each of the crystal and carapils, 1 oz hops at 60 and 30 gives a pretty nice American Pale Ale. 4.8%abv, 35 IBU.

If you are doing an LBK sized batch, use 1/2 the ingredients (or similar) listed on this 'Ole Stinky's Strong Ale clone' recipe. BYO magazine, December 2012.

2-row + Vienna + hallertau + S-05 fermented at around 59-60 degrees = German Like Beer of Yum.

Would you use the hallertau or the goldings? Or 1 of each?

both, 1 for bittering 1 for flavor/aroma boils. i'd probably go hallertau bittering, goldings for aroma/flavor. but rermember different strokes for different folks. some would do it the other way 'round

I have enough to try both ways. Bittering is the longer boil?

Plug this into software but something like this (for 2.5 gallon batch) would make good beer I think.

3.5 or 4# of 2 row
1# Vienna
0.5# carapils

0.5 to 0.75oz Hallertau @60 (you could use the EKG here too... EDIT: depends on the AAs, which is why I say to plug it in to software).
0.5oz Hallertau @30
0.5oz Hallertau @10

You could even toss a little bit of the crystal in there. It would come across as a light colored alt bier if you did that. You can bitter it more heavily if you add some crystal and it will stay balanced.

OG 1.061 FG 1.017 ABV 5.79% IBU 34.26 SRM 5.58

Recipe

4# of 2 row
1# Vienna
0.5# carapils
0.5# crystal 10L
4.7% Hallertau 4.7% 60 30 10

2nd recipe:

OG 1.061 FG 1.017 ABV 5.79% IBU 42.82 SRM 5.58

4# of 2 row
1# Vienna
0.5# carapils
0.5# crystal 10L
4.7% EK Goldings 4.9% 60 30 10

Values drop slightly without the crystal.

I have enough to do both.

I think either one would make a tasty beer. You could go with less crystal, especially in #1 if you want it to seem more "German". The 10L is pretty sweet. Maybe only 4oz in #1. Just a thought. Or else toss in some extra bittering hops maybe.

EDIT: For #2, I'd let the S-05 get a bit warmer, mid 60s+. Some more yeast character would make it seem more "British".
