You and yours are part of this family. Helping during times of need is what we do. We are glad that we can offer you and your mother condolence during this time. While we share this holiday with our families, our hearts are heavy that you brother is not with you. We hope your hearts are lightened by good memories of fun times shared with him.
Wow, I'm really missing my uncle now. I have not thought of him like this for a good many years now. I'm laughing at remembering his antics, with tears down my face missing him as I type this. It's never easy, we just manage some how.
I raise my glass in honor of your brother, your moms son and my uncle Alvin.

Re: ThankYou Borg Brothers !
We lost our Mom to cancer a few years ago. Before she died she put together a cookbook of all her holiday meals and other specialties and gave one to each of her kids.
Every holiday I pull it out and try (I'll never be as good a cook as she was) to put together a special dinner.
So while I was preparing our Thanksgiving dinner there would be some part of the instructions missing and I was talking to my Mom out loud, like "Mom you didn't put when to add the gelatin".
So my brother says to me that I am talking to ghosts and I said no I am talking to an angel.
Hang in there and remember the happy things.
