I got kidnapped by the internet again and of course it had to do with brewing.

I knew about the the beer style guidelines on the site and have a copy saved on my tool bar but I came into bjcp's site from a different direction today and found this index.

If you look down a bit from the top there is a list of presentations and one of them was a (Powerpoint?) from Briess with pictures of the malting and extract making processes.

There was also one on issues with growing/harvesting hops.

If you look around the site some more there is a lot of interesting little things you can click on if you surf the website.
