Cold crash!

Post by BeerRust »

So I decided to cold crash my Trippel . It's been in the LBK for 3 weeks, and I have it now moved to the garage where the temp is low. I'll bottle in a few days. I'm excited to see this one comes out.

I got 10 gallons to cold crash.. I think I'll just set it outside, and hope it doesn't freeze it.

And if it does, you will have 10 gallons of "eisbock" :) It's a win either way.
In Soviet Russia, beer brews you!

Glad to see you are up and running and able to brew the 10 gallons "Dag.

Hope all is well in Washington State.

Oh and I guess I'll be having BB2 looking into "eisbock" as it starts getting colder here. :D

It's in the bottle! Took a small sample, I think this one is going to need to condition for awhile.....
