Cold crash!
So I decided to cold crash my Trippel . It's been in the LBK for 3 weeks, and I have it now moved to the garage where the temp is low. I'll bottle in a few days. I'm excited to see this one comes out.
Re: Cold crash!
I've got two in line for cold crashing...I gotta eat the rest of this turkey.

Re: Cold crash!
I got 10 gallons to cold crash.. I think I'll just set it outside, and hope it doesn't freeze it.

Glad to see you are up and running and able to brew the 10 gallons "Dag.
Hope all is well in Washington State.
Oh and I guess I'll be having BB2 looking into "eisbock" as it starts getting colder here.

Re: Cold crash!
It's in the bottle! Took a small sample, I think this one is going to need to condition for awhile.....
Re: Cold crash!
Expect to condition it for at least a few months, being a high ABV beer.
Re: Cold crash!
I could definately taste the ABV......philm00x wrote:Expect to condition it for at least a few months, being a high ABV beer.
