New to the Borg from MB Forums

Post by Funky Skunk Brewing »

Hello all, Eddie in Pensacola, Florida here. Many may remember me as FLA Brewer on the MB forums from a while back. Saw the changes and post to head on over here so here I am.

It's been a while since being able to get on to the beer scene as we had a family murdered around this time last year. As you can imagine, this took a toll on our family and we had to focus inward for each other. I am pleased to say the people that did this to our family were arrested and brought to justice.

Now back to planning our nano brewery here in Pensacola. Anyway, just checking in and hoping to run into to some old faces (users) and meet some new ones.

Cheers!!

Thanks, Phil. Yeah, I don't air my personal life on any social type media sites (Facebook, etc.) so not a lot of people knew that I did not want to know. Thankfully for us the people were caught quickly and they are now doing their deserved time in prison for what they did.

Glad to be able to put it behind us and move forward with everything now. Also glad I found this forum as well. Did not know you were on here as well. Looking forward to being a member here.

Welcome aBorg! Saw you at the other site and wasnt sure how to direct you over here as they have been deleting a lot of those posts these days. You missed the whole quagmire of their upgrade and a lot of people jumped ship over to Louie's house.

Yeah I don't blame ya. There are things like that that only close family really has any business knowing. I think you'll find that this board has a very familiar feel to the old MB board, so you'll get used to it quickly.
