Here's my Ye Olde Devil Nut Brown. This was my first batch with some steeping grains: 1/4 CaraPils and 1/4 Crystal 40. It came out nice. Great malt profile, no undesirable off flavors lurking. nice head with some lacing. So far, every batch is better than the last. I paired it with some Drunken Goat cheese and summer sausage for a tasty treat.

So, just imagine what your beer will taste like 10 batches from now! Good job! I don't know about the cheese (what is a drunken goat, anyway), but that sausage looks fantastic!

Double IPA brewed with a hop I've never used before: Legacy
Brewed on 11/24/13; OG: 1.076. Dry-hopped on 12/08/13 with 1 oz of Legacy hops. Bottled on 12/15/13; FG: 1.014, 8.1% ABV
I like this hop! Used it in 60, 30, 10, & 0 minute additions.
