i had a middletown apa earlier, now enjoying a dirty derby drank
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

I am enjoying a SunKing Brewing Company seasonal "Fist Full of Hops" IPA. SunKing is brewing a seasonal IPA using the same malt base but different hops each season. This first one uses Pacifica and Zythos hops, neither of which I have much experience with. It is a well balanced beer with nice hops aroma and flavor. It will be interesting to compare this with the upcoming versions.

And now an Omme Gang Abby Ale. I really like this one and I get it quite often. I brew one something like it also and I like it too.
