Back Brewing with a Vengance!

Post by Knightmare »

So I've been on vacation this week workin on stuff around the house and relaxing. But I got the time in to do some major brewing. Earlier this week I brewed a Raspberry Wheat for my wife and her friends and a big IPA for me and my friends. I'm currently whipping up yeast starters for a Black IPA and a Sweet Stout that I will brew tommorrow. I'm hoping to also do another batch of of a past collaboration Weizenbock that I and Foothiller created by the weekend. Sorry I haven't been around, but we've finally settled into our new house and things have let up enough for me to get back in the swing of things again. Miss ya guys and hope to spend some more time on the forum and in the tap room again soon!

WTG, Dave! I'm racking my fiver of 2Daves Irish Red to a secondary tomorrow, to free up the primary for a batch of Crown Top Pale Ale to be brewed Sunday. Looking forward to drinking the Red on those cold February nights.

Great to see your getting settled in a and able to brew again David. It's terrible when life gets in the way of things we'd like to do.
