American Porter
So I brewed my 3rd extract beer about 4 months ago, it was a Mr.Beer American Porter with 1lb of Booster 2lbs of the Robust LME and the fromunda yeast. Came out wonderful, I can taste the alcohol but its not too overwhelming. It tastes kind of like a coffee porter but not as smooth, think strong coffee. Had real good head and an almost black color to it. I will definitely be making this one again, but with a few tweeks. I will have to post a pic as soon as I load it up on my laptop.
