Finished off a growler of Riptide Amber Ale from our local micro brewery here in Pensacola, the Pensacola Bay Brewery. Mark (the head brewer) and I have been going back & fourth with information on our nano start up project and has been very, very helpful in our process. And of course he's always happy to serve us up a growler or two when we head out. Great guys and good beer here locally. Love it.

Fat Tire, We can't get it where I live but I have a couple friends that Elk hunt every year in CO. and they bring me back some and just got a drop-off delivered. I make a FT clone and I think I like mine better, but I think mine is more like an Abby Ale.

Quite early pour of my first AG batch of Chocolate Brown Ale. Not carbed enough yet, but the flavor is sofa king delicious! Really love the nutty and chocolatey flavor.

Spiced Cherry Chocolate Oatmeal Winter Stout, 3.5 week old trub bottle. Experimental beer. I like it, but it is the opposite of what Belgians would call "digestible". It's got body to spare. It's not high ABV, it's just got a lot of chewy stuff in it.

Blue Moon. Can hardly wait to get settled enough to start brewing again.

Got a new Keurig coffee machine as an early Christmas gift from mom and dad. Made me a cup of Tully's French Roast. Man this stuff is good!

Found that a small brewery had opened about a 45 minute drive from me. Pretty tasty IPA if I do say so.

It was "clear out the partial kegs of sours left over from festivals" night at the brewery tonight. Each partial keg was put on tap until it blew, and then replaced with another sour. I had a smoked Berliner, a couple Brett ales, and a Sue/Dos perros blend soured and aged in barrels on a bed of cherries... Good night...

Enjoying a Newcastle Brown Ale. Not one of my usual picks, but I wanted the clear bottles for my hard lemonade which is happily bubbling away in the "Brew House" (AKA the upstairs guest bathroom). Cheers!

Drinking another Fat Tire, been taking it real easy on drinking beer this week because of the antibiotics I've been taking, but almost done with them now.

Batch 19 Pre-Prohibition Lager. For a Coors product, rather good.
