That's the whole idea. I'm glad Leigh is going to work on it after the first of the year. You really learn a lot brewing for competition, and especially getting the scoresheet/comments.

Of course, you have to plan ahead. The one I'm entering is the first weekend in Feb., and since I'm entering a Pilsner, I had to brew it well in advance. But that's all part of it.
