I just read through the first year of Screwy's blog. It's really a great read. You watch him go from the most basic Mr. Beer kit to all grain. It's a great resource for any new brewer.
Every new technique and new piece of equipment is clearly explained and documented with pictures.
Hopefully some of the new owners of LBK and LBC's will find it.
