LOML and I went to the Tap House B&G last night and I got me a glass of Goose Islands' Bourbon County Stout. WOW! What an incredible beer!
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

It's gotten warm here, we've been in the single, minus digits for a while, it's -6 here now. Celebrating with several big cups of coffee. Keeps a body regular and jittery!!
Life is short, live it to it's fullest!

Re: What are you drinking?
Had a pint of Midnight Rail Black IPA from Triton Brewing Company here in Indy. 8% ABV. Now having one of my own Irish Red Ales, 7.2% ABV so I have a nice buzz on while watching the Eagles thump the Bears.
Re: What are you drinking?
Decided to have a Belgian Dubble as well. The Eagles continue to roll and my Colts took care of business at Arrowhead. All is right with the world. Sorry to the Bears fans out there.

"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
