How does Ralph keep coming up with all these great beers?

Maris Otter, Munich, EKG, O4, what's not to love about that. I am itching to see what the White Wheat brings. Please keep this updated.

I too am curious to know how the white wheat affects the flavor and body of the beer. I feel like my Chocolate Brown Ale recipe is the best it's ever been, but with that and now learning about Carabrown, I'm tempted to us some of both and see if it makes it even better.

I have used a half a pound of white wheat in every brown ale I have done. I don't know that a person can really taste it but it definitely enhances head retention and lacing.
