Two more brew hands

Post by Gymrat »

One of the guys who came over when I brewed my Saison is bringing 2 friends with him to help me brew today. One of them has done a couple of extract brews. I think I will take my laptop to the brewery so he can see how beersmith works.

Right on! No shortage of help in the brewery today :) Although I'm sure they'll want to sample whats on tap, which is ok. It is sufficient compensation for their help.

I've helped/watched friends with 30 gal brews and learned. I had my first helper yesterday, which was fun. I just wasn't able to give up too many duties. That will change next time.

Nice! You're a true Beer Evangelist.

But I agree with Beer-lord; you gotta tell us what you're cookin' up!

This is what we brewed. As I expected the guy who has been extract brewing was quite surprised at how easy all grain is. He wants to start doing all grain now as well.
