a Middletown Pale Ale
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Tried some Anchor Steam Ale today. It was really interesting to try. It is much more bitter than I expected. I liked it lot . I picked up a 6 pack at my local Long Island supermarket for $8.50.
I had to buy it.

Drank my last bottle of Bohemian Bronze, which was Oktoberfest dry hopped. Would not make it again.

A Hog's Head Scottish Ale. On tap at Hogs Head Pub at the Wizarding world of Harry Potter in Universal. Pours a clear copper orange with a white head and aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is light and crisp, of toasted malt, caramel, and light state and fruit leading to a smooth, crisp finish. For a theme park brew where you need a refreshing brew its not bad. Also,I found out it's brewed by the Florida Beer Co. in Melbourne FL.

Duff Dry at Moe’s Tavern in Universal Studios Orlando. Is a Stout style. Pours black with a brown head and aroma of caramel and chocolate. Taste is light and creamy, of toasted caramel, chocolate, and roasted malt with a soft, smooth finish. Refreshing brew for a day at the theme park. If it's good enough for homer, It's good enough for me.

Just sampled my super saison. Very lush fruit & spice flavors (no fruit or spice additions) The beer finished at 0.996 6 months in secondary then into classic Belgium bottles.
