Two recommendations... these are sites I've used as I start my funky brewing career...

Yazoo's Funkmeister Brandon Jones runs the Embrace the Funk website.
Also, the Mad Fermentationist is quite awesome.
Swenocha is a vast bastard of brewing knowledge - Wings_Fan_In_KC

Fermenting:

Drinking:
nada... zip... maybe an N/A beer here and there...

Yeah, those sites are great.

Wyeast and White Labs both sell bug blends too.

The biggest thing you need regardless is *patience grasshopper*.

The second biggest thing you need to do is *keep it and everything that touches it the hell away* from everything else you brew. Unless you want them to all be sours. If you use brett and it gets wild in your house somewhere you will get Brett beers at random. I end up with 3-4 brett C beers per year. Just because it's in my house somewhere. This doesn't bother me, but it would make some people crazy.
