Feels great to do it again!

Post by teutonic terror »

Between work, the holidays and the weather, tonight, middle of no less is the first time I've brewed in exactly two months!

Doing a simple Hefe for SWMBO, just to get back int he groove.
Next week, if I can work it in, I'm gonna do an Irish Red!

Now know why I've had the shakes so much!

I sure have missed brewing while my wing heals. It seems to be getting better so hopefully I can brew again in a week or two.
