A lovely January day to be sitting in my garage brewery boiling wort.

Was about that temp here yesterday, cooled off now and have freezing rain and ice. but still not too bad out. Take advantage of the warmer temps when you can.

I'm with ya....66 here today and awesome. Wish I could brew today but I can't but I'm enjoying watching my son, who's still home from college, cut my lawn. Even though it really doesn't need a cutting, the weeks and leaves are awful so I 'talked' him into it. Even here, we don't get weather like this this time of year.

The temps are unreal for this time of year, but I'm loving it. Not gonna last, getting cold again monday on.

Temps in the basement are in the low 60s, which I like. Couldn't say that last week, but I think that was an anomaly. Yeah, I bottled one and brewed one today.

70 yesterday here in Pensacola. 65 this morning and now down to 50. Nothing special we just see drastic temperature changes all the time it seems. No wonder people stay sick around here all the time.
