hello everyone...

Post by SoonerMike »

Just wanted to introduce myself. My son and I have just recently began brewing our own, and are finding it to be a fantastic hobby. We are currently brewing a blonde ale. It is in the secondary fermenter for another week. Previously, we have brewed a European Bock, and and Irish Ale. All have come from the kits, but we're thinking about going all grain for our next one.
We are looking forward to joining in and learning to brew better beer from everyone.
Thanks for reading, and have a great day.

Mike

Welcome to the borg. You won't find a more helpful and friendlier place this forum.
Normally, the experienced,, all grain brewers, suggest you get your extract or your partial mash system down pretty good before moving on to a more, advanced recipe.
Either way, we are here to help and guide you any way we can.

Glad you're here Mike.

Hi, Mike!

Glad you found us. As others have noted, we love helping anyone make good beer. You'll get very good advice here, with no attitude, and maybe even with some good-natured joking thrown in. Everybody pretty much checks their egos at the door when they come in here. Join the Borg! We have beer.
