10 Years Today

Co-worker just informed me that today is my 10 year anniversary here at my "real" job. Hoping 10 years from now I can say this is my 10 year anniversary at the brewery. We'll see. Still, thought it was pretty cool that I have been in one spot for a decade. Must be doing something right, eh?

These days 10 years of anything seem like it gets treated as anthropology.

Hope you enjoyed the ten years you've put in since so many have and then gotten the rug pulled from under them by their employer.

You"ve got a new thing going on and we are all rooting for your success.

Thank you, and I have enjoyed it actually. Though there was a scare the later part of 2012 when my company was bought by another. You always think there could be layoffs coming. But, maybe they realized I had some industry knowledge and experience they (who did not come from this field) could learn from and needed. It's worked itself out nicely.
