Re: Question: Capitalize beer styles or not?
I will capitalize it if I feel like it, in a forum post or a facebook status or something sure but just chatting with someone or texting I won't. I say it depends on the formality of the medium

Re: Question: Capitalize beer styles or not?
Some have Capitalized ON beer styles ...and the not part was Billy Beer... even that couldn't make people really drink it.

Re: Question: Capitalize beer styles or not?
I just took a quick look at Brewing Classic Styles and the styles aren't capatilized unless there is a proper name as part of the styles name.
i .e..One style that some people like is American pale ale. Some beer drinkers don't care for pale ale.
I wonder why CaraMunich has the C and M in capitals?

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
