I'd like to give it a try. Have been doing AG BIABs pretty much from the beginning. This always looked like a lot of fun.

I'm in. Just bottled my third batch.first two were kits, third was an extract. Not sure how it's going to turn out. So either level one or two, Dave. Whichever helps with your pairings.

I'm sitting this one out. I have more things to brew already than I have time to do right now. Plus, I have a lot of personal commitments for the next few months. As always, I look forward to seeing what everybody comes up with.

I'm going to sit this one out as well... Too much already in the pipeline and already planned. However... if anyone loses their partner (their partner disappears or whatever), give me a holler and I will try to fill in at whatever level...

Count me in on the sitting this one out club. I love doing them, but don't think I have time to do it justice this time around. Don't want to be a bad partner. If you get in a bind I may be able to help out, but it looks like you may have plenty of volunteers for that job too!

I guess I'm sitting out as well because I'm too busy to brew anything but tweaked HMEs for the next couple of months. I had all my BIAB fun over the holidays when my clients were all on vacation. Now they want me to work...

I'm in!

I've done 1 PM for the last RCE with Brewbirds, so I wouldn't want to try and teach a level 2 to PM yet. So that puts me at a strong 2, or weak 3.
Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain.
Quaintest thoughts — queerest fancies,
Come to life and fade away:
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today.
