2014 Midwinter Homebrew Competition

Post by russki »

Anyone entering the 2014 Midwinter Homebrew Competition? It's organized by Milwaukee Beer Barons, and as all of their competitions, it's top notch. I've got 6 entries registered, will be dropping them off next week. Wish me luck!

Good Luck, Russki!
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

All the best russki. If the judges don't think your beers are medal worthy, it's a fixed contest.

Best of luck to ya', Russki. Just don't let them Cheeseheads know you're a F.I.B. or they'll probably just dump out your entries. :laugh
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

Good luck to you Russki. I'm in two categories if I can get a beer ready in time. I may have to free up one of my place holders. I'm probably going to be working five flights (Friday afternoon and all day Saturday). Let me know if you're going to be there and I'll look for you.
