Thanks Guys!! BB no storm here clear sunny skies............... temp of 0*, nice 24 mph hour breeze gusting to??? Windchill ??? guessing -25 TOO DAMN Cold!! can't wait to start the boil and heat the place up. The ole wood-stove is not keeping up today. Keeping ya southern folk in our thoughts & prayers. Can't imagine palm-trees and snow together!!! Stay warm!!!!

Well it is all said and done. Was 2 points low. I blame this on the grape juice since ti was a stab in the dark as to what the potential was. It came in at 1.056, should have been 1.058 with the French Saison yeast the FG will be around 1.000 do need to make a couple of changes. Going to need some high pressure hose to handle the cooling. Water pressure came through at the clamps and that was with 2 clamps at each fitting. Can not tighten them anymore without cutting through the hose. Anyway come summer I should have me one DAMN GOOD!!!, Saison!!!
