What happened to/where is..............K9dude, and others from the old MB forums...Monkeyman, Morebeerhere, Texasbrewer, bpgreen, and many others. Also where has time traveler been? Wonder if they are still brewing or just moved on to other sites?

I think bpgreen spends time on the 'Fans' forum.
Other names from the 'good old days' - mxstar21, skydvr, d rabbit, vtgroff, ScottyP.
Some who made it here but don't drop in very often: Screwy Brewer, beerlabelman, docpd, oly (recently active), packerduf (recently active).

COLD, COLD, COLD, have been cold since five this morning, had to go rescue a frozen, fuel gelled up truck in the middle of nowhere. I use to really like my job, but I wonder anymore, to COLD for this old guy. O deg right now and counting down.

Expecting a dusting to 1.5". Just enough to make things pure white again... Alright, it's already pure white from the last 2 storms this week, but at least, it'll be easier to clean up.

Winter can be over any time now, as far as I'm concerned.

No kidding! I can't 'til six months from now when I can be bitching about the 95°+ degree temps with the 78° dew points.
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

While looking for more empty boxes on my beer storage shelves today, I found 2 Cream Stouts that were bottled 1/14/13, a little over a year ago. Had to try one Mmm Mmm good. I love to find forgotten beer.

Hmmm, I wondered where I left them.... send the remaining soldier to me, back home where it belongs?

I love finding lost brews. I think I have found all mine, cleaned out the brew room pretty good when we put in shelving. Did find a bunch of ice wine dated 1976 though.... that should be extremely good.

Finally!!! We have a LHBS! I never thought I would see this day come. It opened a few weeks ago, and the owners (man & wife) are awesome people. Prices seem reasonable, it's only a 10-minute drive from my house, and they are open seven days a week. No more driving 120 miles (round trip) for supplies, or waiting a week (or more) to receive internet orders. Life is GOOD.
