No I haven't. Seems a bit gimmicky, but I can see myself trying it out with various herbs/spices.

Seems to me that there might me all manner of loose stuff that might 'escape' the do dad...

Sounds like just a bunch of nucleation sites to me... Not interested.

I don't see how a coffee bean can possibly add any flavor. It has to be at least cracked to get the good stuff out of the hull.
