Okay I went to town this morning but said I would post a recipe when I got back (actually I don't know how my brother will as soon as I tell him).
It isn't a SMaSH because there is a late extract addition so does it go in advanced?
I really don't feel qualified to post in the advanced section but also from the forum standpoint don't know how to decide where a partial mash or late extract w/ hop stand should go.
Is there a general guideline you guys use when you post yours?
BTW the original inquiry started in the hops section but I didn't think adding recipes there was appropriate.
nothing says you can't put it in the advanced.
If it's just extract, I'd pop it in the basic.
If it involves grains, you can pop it in the advanced.
That is, unless Louie wants to open "a free for all brewing" catagory for the undecided...
The Nong Brewery defines "Fermentation" as: Making "Rot" a Good Thing
Welcome to the BeerBorg Information Center. You will be assimilated. Resistance is Quite Futile: WE have BEER.
Well see the advanced section says "share all grain" and the basic says "share extract" buuut there is a dedicated section each for the MB and BD guys.
Oh and to make matters worse our partial mash with late extract addition are also pseudo BIABs.
