They kinda sorta do make a plastic one. They call it the V-Vessel. Not all that cheap. Hard to clean.

Anything in stainless is cool. And it leads to buying more "cool"....

Just got an email that More Beer will be selling this as well in the future and that the introductory price is now over....the $175 is now $225. Guess I got mine at the right time and the increase will be due to More Beer's involvement. They've always stated that the price was only for a short time and that time is over.

I'd love one of the conicals but even the $175 I spent for the bucket was more than I really needed and, there's the space problem for the conical and mostly, keeping it cool. I could only use it for 4-5 months of the year.
I don't see me getting a fridge to keep things cool anytime soon so for now, I'll live my conical life thru you guys who buy them and share your stories.
