Brewing my Moosedrool clone. Last time used 1 oz of Willamette for aroma at 15 minutes. This time swapped 1/2 oz of Mt. Hood, had it and they are supposed to be similar.

Unfortunately, marble in one of the hops bags broken into multiple pieces, decided whether to toss the entire batch. :x

Brewing a rye Ipa. Lots of firsts today. First brew in my new 8 gallon kettle, first full volume BIAB, first recipe plugged into Beersmith, first time doing a hop stand.

Hmm, with all these firsts what could possibly go wrong?

Just got done bottling 5 gals. Fat Tire clone extract from Midwest http://www.midwestsupplies.com/flat-tire-kit.html. This is the third time I brewed this one and I like it although it's not exactly like Fat Tire. Cleaned up the bottling bucket and carboy and going to bottle Hop Head double IPA tomorrow. Going to clean some more bottles tonight.
